Physical
Molecules absorb electromagnetic radiation and vibrate at characteristic modes measured with spectroscopy. An oil is a mixture—not one mystical hertz number.
Neural
Odor molecules activate receptors; the brain interprets the resulting pattern alongside memory, expectation and context.
Spiritual
“Frequency” can name a felt quality—clarity, peace, uplift or sacred association. Valuable as metaphor; not automatically a medical measurement.
Safety is spiritual too
